Hi, and thank you for advice.

The problem in Windows 11 is that the WI-FI and Bluetooth hardware doesn’t appear on Device Management.

Is looking like all drivers are installed but no WiFi and Bluetooth.

Have you downloaded Snappy Driver and checked if there’s a driver for your device ?

I downloaded and intalled. No drivers for my device.

And as you can see up, in the device manager all devices are having drivers.

And from Chowe Driver pack I really dont know which drivers to install. There are hundreds of drivers - Windows network card, Realtek network card. Which one is mine?

You need to contact Chuwi support to have them send you the drivers.

Go to the Intel drivers site and download the wifi driver.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html#cf-tabfilter=Downloads&cf-downloadsppth=Wireless

The first one is oke.

Thank you for your advice.

Unfortunately, I installed and no wifi module was detected.

I not see your wifi net work card, did you click on start searching in Snappy? It takes a few minutes before Snappy shows you the needed drivers.

Hi,

That is true, the card it is not appearing even as an unknown device.

I believe that it is taking wrong drivers and it is show as USB or as any other device.

Hi,

Remove all wan drivers. Put the intel driver in USB drive and try to install. Restart after that is done, he will install all drivers again. Succes.

Is looking like I am going in circle.

I re-installed the windows 10 and I only install your recommended driver from the USB. No changes, no network module detected.

Wel only one thing, your network card is broken. Send your device to a repair center. If you send it to Chuwi, brrrr. It can take 5 months or more.

I don’t believe it is broken. Can’t happen only because I reinstalled the windows 10.

I contacted the Chuwi support, waiting from them a driver base ob my device SN.
