They gave me an empty answer last time “It says that when it is available it is sent via OTA” but I tell them as a company they must have at least one update plan not to leave their clients abandoned to us. I understand that they sell cheap equipment, but if they had such a plan, customers could evaluate the possibility of buying their equipment.
