Problem with bluetooth

Good morning,
I have a problem with bluetooth connecting and disconnecting all the time, I had to disable it from device manager.
I updated the driver but the problem did not go away.
Seems like a hardware problem.
To be safe I have reset the computer as it came from the factory, but the problem persists.
In this way the bluetooth is not usable.
Can someone help me?

Same problem on my corebook pro, but now it is not working at all, the system say it does not exist, so I assume it is broken. I ordered a wifi card with upgraded bluetooth, so hopefully it will work better than the older wifi and bluetooth.
