Suddenly, the notice regarding USB setting appeared, and the Bluetooth stops working. Reboot and check the device driver has not helped. The system says this does not have Bluetooth function, which is not true. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
Try to remove the Intel Wireless Bluetooth device from Device Manager and reboot. It should reinstall the Bluetooth driver upon reboot.
If that doesn’t work, install the Intel Wireless Bluetooth drivers from the Intel Web site.
Thank you very much for your quick help. I needed to download the latest drivers, but your advice is the magic! I cannot thank you enough. You are the best!
You might want to install the Intel Driver and Support Assistant. It will help you keep the Intel device drivers up to date.
I downloaded and installed the Intel Bluetooth drivers. However, they do not show up under Device Manager.
However, the Realtek drivers still show up under Network drivers.
And, there is no entry for Bluetooth in Device Manager.
USB devices still show an error message.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Of course, you reboot your PC, right?
After I reboot mine, a device driver shows up. If the first time doesn’t work, try one more time. You need to reboot your rack time, you install the new driver.
Have a happy new year!
Yes, I have rebooted multiple times. Still, the network drivers are Realtek, not Intel. Bluetooth does not show up under device manager.
