Do you stock replacement battery (11.55V 46.2 Wh) for Freebook i3-1215U laptop in Europe? If so, how can I order one. If not stocked in Europe, how can I order one from elsewhere? What is the Chuwi reference number as well as Commercial number for this part?
I have the exact same issue. I am in India and I want to buy an replacement battery. The local service centers are not helpful since my device is also out of warranty.
Please let us know if it’s possible to buy a battery for replacement.
