Good day. My RZBOX not working properly, power led OK, cooling system OK, usb power OK, video signal not OK. I think some of BIOS setting are corrupted.

Hello, PC aproximatelly 3 years old. I don’t know about changes in BIOS or OS reinstallation.
Daughter use this PC, she sad switch off at the evening and PC not start at next day.
How to contact with support?

When you try to turn it on, you either notice it doesn’t turn on or there are no signs of it turning on.
PC switch ON, power LED on, CPU coltage 1.2 volt. Maybe have some issue with BIOS or Video signal IC
