Sata HD connector for Larkbox X

What kind of sata cable can I get in order to add internal SATA drive to the Larkbox X?
I see there is a J4 12pin connector and J11 2 pin connector.
Is J11 for power and J4 for data?

I would like to know this as well. The ports are on there so we should be able to add an SSD there (but without a mounting bracket or a DYI one).
