Sound disappeared on Gemibook 13

Hello. I reinstalled Windows 11 and now the sound of the laptop is gone. Sound devices not found and not showing up in settings. Before formatting everything worked fine. Driver reinstalled 7 times. In device manager it shows that there is a sound card, but it does not work. ESAuDriver Device here it is. Help me to fix it please.
