Hi all no Sound. I even installed the updated drivers. But realtek high definition audio file missing in device manager checked settings and control panel need help.

Check if the audio device is disabled in BIOS, just in case.
How do you check audio device in bios ?
Every BIOS is different. I just raised one of the possibilities. If a device is disabled in BIOS it will not show up in device manager.

try live linux off usb and check if generic drivers detect onboard sound card.
Creat usb driver bootable for upgrade
