Hi,
The Chuwi Hi10 X1 tablet is shipped with Windows 11 23H2 and everything worked fine until updating Windows 24H2.
After upgrade to Windows 11 24H2 many tablet features are lost. Let me explain the problems:
Note : before to upgrade, I’ve done a full offline system backup with Macrium Reflect to be able to restore the system (in case of problems) or for testings.
The problems :
- The Chuwi Hi10 X1 is always in “Tablet Mode” (even with the keyboard connected) with the BIG taskbar on the bottom.
- The Explorer show the files in expanded mode and no way to reduce the space even if I check/uncheck the option.
- Many touch screen keyboard problems (sometimes show or not)
- New undefined device in Device Manager
- …
Does anyone found a way to make Windows 11 24H2 to work correctly with the Chuwi Hi10 X1?
Side note : This unit work fine with Windows 10 22H2, Linux and Windows 11 23H2.
