I bought a used hi13, I had a problem it only worked connected to the power outlet, as soon as I disconnected it it turned off, I restarted it to enter the bios but it began to enter Windows and disconnected it to turn it off, my surprise was when I reconnected it and the charging led did not turn on and it no longer responded, I would like to find a solution to that problem
