This device (CoreBook Plus) does not support older USB devices

**The CHUWI CoreBook Plus (S/N: JCorBPYY1H251100140) lacks support for legacy USB devices.

I’m experiencing a persistent USB connection issue. When I connect a device, it is recognized and appears in the Device Manager, but then it immediately (or repeatedly) disconnects and reconnects in a continuous loop. This makes the device unusable.

OS: Windows 10

How do I disable USB power saving? This feature isn’t available in the power options for this laptop.
