How can i install drivers on hi12 after fresh install of windows

I did a fresh install of windows and i downloaded a hi12 drivers pack.

How can I install the drivers?

I have no sound, no touchscreen now after new windows install!

It is logical that, after a clean installation of Windows, the system does not recognize the drivers of non-Intel devices. This happens on any device of any brand.
We must then install the drivers that Windows has not been able to install.
To do this, after downloading the drivers of our tablet or laptop model and unzipping them into a device storage folder, disable Windows protection for the installation of unsigned drivers.
To deactivate this protection, press start, restart with the shitf key pressed, and restart now. When you restart, an advanced reset screen will open in which you must press 7 or F7 to deactivate the protection and it will restart normally.
It is time to go to the device manager, by clicking on the start button with the right mouse button and in the menu choose device manager, and see in the device tree the drivers that are not correctly installed. (they have a yellow triangle).
You have to click on each of them with the right button, driver properties, update driver. On the next screen, choose the option below “search for driver software on the computer”. On the next screen “choose from a list of available drivers on the computer” and on the next one you must click on the use disk button; The browser will open and select the folder where you have unzipped the downloaded drivers, checking the option to search in subfolders.
The system will install the device driver. You have to repeat this process with each of the devices with a yellow triangle. Keep in mind that if you restart, the protection will be activated again, so you must activate it again when you have to install a driver.

Please check that you are doing it with the use disk option as I wrote.Start with unknown devices

Hi, I installed all the drivers like this properly, but only one device is still showing unknown and it is showing “cannot find driver” even locating the unzipped folder and subfolders of hi12 drivers.

Problems are: Microphone and front camera are still undetected. Only the rear camera is detected.

Secondly, as I downloaded the win10 single boot RAR parts, it extracted 2 folders: USB 1 and USB 2. I installed Win10 by copying everything from USB1 folder into a pen drive. But what the second folder (USB2) to be used at? It contains a folder named “images” and inside is a large file named install.wim

In principle, the driver of the front and rear camera is the same, so if one of the two works, Windows has installed a wrong driver that also prevents the installation of the correct one. You must go to the device manager and remove the driver from the rear camera and remove it. Immediately click on it again, install driver, and select the folder where you unzipped the drivers.

hi thanks for the suggestion. I actually tried uninstalling the driver of the camera and reinstalled by locating from driver folder I downloaded from the link I found on hi12 forum. But it still doesn’t show the front camera. I also realized the microphone also cannot detect. And in Device Manager, one device still shows unknown device. I try to install driver by locating from the drivers folder but Win10 cannot find the driver.

Is there is any Win10 iso with all drivers preinstalled ?

Or does Chuiw customer support a will receive it and re-setup windows again? Also, I see the default windows which was installed was fast enough, but after I fresh installed win10 again it became pretty slow now. I believe it’s because of the latest win10 updates. Without updates, it was pretty fast enough.

Maybe you could try to make the installation from a live usb (you can use a free software as rufus to make that. Once you have te OS runing, you can copy all the files to the C: directory
