Hi have anyone encountered being required to key in “Privacy Protection” password. I can’t remember setting it up. Right now it is not allowing me to access the tablet.

No, you have never asked me, but I have not touched anything in the security settings. Try, with the tablet on, press the power button for 16 seconds. It will turn off. Then turn on again
