New Tablet is red button version 128 GB flash, 10.8 inch, July 2008 patch. Power was about 42% so I plugged in charger and tablet went blank. No back light on screen.
I have held power down long tome 60 sec, no change. Try normal boot, no response. Volume up boot, no response. Battery voltage is 3.85V on both.
Have emailed aftersale 3 times 5 days no response.
Really like tablet except awful patch policy. Want to fix, please advise.

I now have two hi 9 plus tablets. Both show no life. Battery is charge, screen is black on both. No power indicated.
Hold red power button long time nothing.
Hold volume up power no respond.
Battery voltage around 3.8 V.

Are they detected when connected to a PC?
Try to flash them.
No dice. I can’t buy another one from Chuwi since both died young. Makes Chuwi more expensive than Samsung.
Is there a PMIC that is prone to failure? I’d replace it if any info.
