Срывает экран если на нём более 1 касания

Здравствуйте, купили планшет Chuwi AuPad. Проверяем экран в играх такие как PUBG, GENSHIN IMPACT, ROBLOX и при задействовании больше 1 касания на экране и экран срывает

Подскажите что делать, пожайлуста!

Or you could ask some of the influencers that you can find in youtube that they tried our AUPAD (better in Spanish language as we send to many) playing games, to check those games exactly if it happens the same. As probably we cannot try them on the lab. Due to VPN and internet connection
