Touchpad and Internet

Hello Chuwi,
I just bought my HeroBook Pro and I having some problems with the internet connection and the touchpad. About the connection I already installed the driver that you posted on the forum but still I don’t have the ideal (my other notebook is much faster, so there’s no problem with my internet connection).

The second problem is the touchpad. Sometimes the touchpad is not responsive and I can’t find a way to solve this problem…do you have a driver?

The device’s touchpad is driveless, so try updating it all.

Good morning,
I updated all the drivers and still I’m having issues with the touchpad. It’s not responsive.
I thinks it’s a hardware issue.

How should i proceed?
