I hope someone noticed my concern. How can I reboot a Chuwi Hi10 XPro tablet if the touchscreen is not working?
Because the touchscreen isn’t working.
By pressing the power button.
I already did that 10X but the touch screen is still not working
The restart isn’t the problem.
How old is the tablet and what changes have you made?
Its new and 1 month old
I removed the case and clean screen and then restart it several times but its still not working
Did you remove the plastic casing, like the ones you put on phones ?
Did you clean the screen with soap and water, or what did you use to clean it ?
The tablet is supposed to be turned off.
I already removed the plastic casing and I used soft cloth to clean the screen

Keep pressing the powerbutton for 1 minute. I have the sameproblem on my Android phone and this is only way to put on again, maybe it helps you to.
