I have a problem with my tablet and I hope we can find a solution.
Windows 10 partition was updating as usual and, at 64% it restarted in a non-stop loop. I downloaded an official W10 OS and flashed it in a pendrive. When it booted, I selected all ways to repare and restore but it said it did not exit any restore point nor a possibility no restore the system.
I found the partitions and I tried to install the new OS on it, preserving the files, but the following message showed up (its a literal translation from Spanish): “A new partition cannot be created nor find an existing one. If you want more informacion, you can check register files from installation program”. Desperately, I formatted that partition (i think that was the worst thing I could have done, to be honest), wiping it all, and tried to install Windows OS, but the same message appeared.
What can I do to recover my Windows 10 partition? Android works fine, just in case it can be useful.

Exactly, to make a clean installation is not enough. delete the Windows partition, but you must also remove those generated by the installation program. Specifically on your tablet you have to delete partitions 12, 13, 14 and 15 and any other that are above that number that will have been created depending on the times you tried to install Windows. How to do it? : After starting with the pendrive and selecting to install Windows, you must choose custom installation and in the window that asks where you want to install Windows, delete the partitions indicated after 12 and when only the first 11 remain, there will be an unallocated space and you must mark that space as an installation destination, without creating any partition or formatting anything, since the installation program will do it automatically. When I asked for the Windows key, mark I have no key, since Windows will activate itself. When the installation is finished, non-Intel devices will not work, so you must install the drivers for your model that are in the support and download section of this forum.
It finally got installed and no driver is working, as you said. However, the interface is different and touchscreen doest work. Is that due to lack of drivers? What about the interface? @manonegra222
The interface is different because the Windows that you have downloaded is version 1909 in which there are different icons, wallpapers and other minor visual differences. Now you must install the drivers in accordance with what is defined in point 8 and following of this tutorial:

Arranca con el pendrive de Windows puesto y pulsando F7 intermitentemente hasta que salga el menú de selección de boot. Elige el pendrive y ve a las herramientas avanzadas en el menú de instalación de Windows, solucionar problemas repararse inicio.
Pues te toca hacer un instalación limpia o instalar el Windows del foro. Para la primera opción necesitas los drivers y ya tienes el pendrive preparado. Para la segunda, tendrás que descargar la ROM y cuando esté instalado, se tendrá que actualizar
Intento bajar los archivos de Windows de este foro pero me salen 8 partes y no soy capaz de convertirlos en ISO para hacer un pen booteable… Menuda faena estoy montando…
EDITO: Creía haberlo conseguido con Daemon Tool y he flasheado el pendrive con Rufus, pero dice que mi pendrive tiene dos particiones y ninguna me lleva a la reparación del sistema como hacía la imagen que usé antes. @manonegra222
