Was having wifi issues at the first place. Tried restarting the tablet and it turns to black screen. No blue led, no chuwi logo, but only red charging light.
Tried to contact after sales team but get 0 response.
Checked the device, it was not related to bios, battery, adapter issue but suspected motherboard has dead.
Only bought this 5 & half months, what a waste
