Ho un malfunzionamento ad un UBook X, tre giorni fa ho provato ad accenderlo ma si è accesa solamente la spia blu di fianco alla fotocamera ma non lo schermo. Ecco quello che ho fatto per poterlo riavviare:
l’ho messo sotto carica (caricatore originale), per 3 ore e ho provato ad accenderlo senza successo
l’ho messo sotto carica per 24 ore, avvio senza successo ancora.
Premetto che la spia rossa di caricamento della batteria si accende e anche la spia blu della tastiera funzionano perfettamente.
Non attivandosi lo schermo non riesco neanche ad accedere al bios.
Ho scritto a CHUWI essendo il PC ancora in garanzia. Questa la loro risposta:

salve, io ho un problema diverso dal vostro, ho il monitor rotto, se qualcuno di voi con il pc Ubook 11,6 che non si accende più , ha intenzione di venderlo mi scriva.

Se colleghi un monitor esterno funziona? Se è così allora hai il mio stesso problema: il monitor interno rimane nero ma tutto il pc funziona, compreso il touch screen A me è successo dopo 3 mesi e il supporto di Chuwi mi ha detto di mandarlo in Spagna per una riparazione fuori garanzia…da matti!
