2.4- Problem description: The VRAM/Hardware Reserved RAM doesn’t align with the GFX
Memory set in BIOS, during the first time using the UBox it corresponded to the value
1/2/3/4/8 but now it’s stuck at 2 GB permanently.
I am not sure what did this, but I’m sure it’s a BIOS issue, because I already reinstalled
Windows using a clean USB using Microsoft Media Creation Tool and using the default
Windows reinstall option, using the drivers provided by Chuwi and new fresh ones.
Task Manager and games detect it as 2 GB of VRAM not even the 3GB Factory
Defaults which is too low for me, I would want at least the 4 GB option.
This is how it worked during the first setup 12.7 gb available and 3.3 hardware reserved

Sorry for the bad quality, here how it looked when I selected 8 GB in BIOS (And it
worked in the first couple of boots but then it broke and doesn’t change anything now.)

Now doesn’t do anything, it’s stuck at 2 GB of dedicated GPU memory, 2 GB Hardware

The Low VRAM is such a bottleneck
I think I need a BIOS reflash or update.
Also on the other side I can’t even contact support because in the form under MiniPCs the Ubox is not even an option.
