Unable to activate windows 10

Hi

I have a number of Chuwi coreboxes with office 365 professional installed,
However it is asking me to activate windows 10 but when i try and activate there is no key to do so and it comes up with an error has anyone had this issue before

i get the error code 0xX004X003
then when i troubleshoot i get the below, but i have genuine copies of windows
