Wifi and bluetooth devices has disappeared from device manager. I tried resetting the bios with the default parameters, reinstall OEM drivers (get from chuwi support center), reinstall windows 11 without results
Hello! I also had those problems with my newly purchased RZBOX, and couldn’t get anything to work. Eventually, I had to replace the network card inside the device. Upon testing the old card I determined that it was non-functional from the start. Hopefully your situation is different than mine, but seeing the fixes you have attempted so far I believe it is the same issue.
