Win 11 will not install on Corebook X 14 - problem BIOS?

I have bought 2 supposedly identical Corebook X 14.
The first one gave me problems to update from Win 10 20H2 to Win 10 21H2 ( see my previous post).
The second one gave no problems to update from Win10.20H2 to Win 11.
The first one will not update to Win 11.

When I tried to update it to Win 11 it updated to Win 10 21H2 !

I do not get any error messages and the troubleshooters do not find anything wrong.

I have found 2 differences between the PC’s.

The one that does not update does not show the TPM information in the Security settings.

The PC Health check gives the TPM data and says that it is present and enabled.

When I look in the BIOS the TPM is present and activated.

The PC that I have updated to Win 11 does show the TPM data in Security settings.

The other difference is in the BIOS TCG Storage configuration.

The PC that updates has “Kingston OM8PC3512F-A02”

The PC that doesn’t update has” Kingston RBUSNS8154P3512GJ”

Both PC’s have the same BIOS version CFL_CM131_U43E_V1.0.8.

They both have the same EC version V1.04

They both have the same build date and time !!!

I have sent an email to Chuwi service with the above info and asked them to send me the BIOS which has the working Kingston configuration.

If anyone has the BIOS with the configuration “Kingston OM8PC3512F-A02", I would be grateful if they could send it to me and tell me how to flash it.

Or is it possible to copy my good one and use that to flash my BIOS ???
I cannot see any other difference in the BIOS on the 2 machines.

I have compared the BIOS in the two PC’s in more detail. There are some more differences.

The serial number of the one which has Win 11 installed ends in 3240.

For this PC:

PD MB version = 16.01

ME Firmware Status 1 = 0xA0000255

The serial number of the PC which won’t install Win 11 ends in 4194, i.e. it is more recent but this is the PC that won’t install Win 11 !!!

For this PC:

PD MB Version = 00.00

ME Firmware Status 1 = 0x90000255

As I said below, can you send me the BIOS with the TCG Storage Configuration “Kingston OM8PC3512F-A02” and tell me how to flash it please?

I have finally installed WIN 11 !
I did a completely new installation of Win 10 from the Microsft Cloud;
I got an error - file not found - VCRUNTIME140.dll.
I found it in Microsoft downloads and installed it.
Without it I could not access the Security settings.
After installing it I was able to.
I was then able to upgrade to Win 11.
Doing it erased everything I had installed including Office, so I now have to set-up accounts etc and re-install Office again.
Chuwi service did not give me any info on the BIOS or why the BIOS is different in the 2 machines - they told me not to mess with the BIOS.
