Bought the HeroBook Pro which has arrived today,but it is not activated because “We can’t activate windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device…” I cannot find a product key amongst the documentation. Has anyone lese had this problem and how was it solved. I have tried contacting Chuwi and so far no response from support.
Hi, mine also said it needed activation and when I tried to activate it I got the same message as you.
I then reset the herobook and everything burst into a very healthy state. If your Herobook locks up half way through resetting don’t worry, power it down and restart it. At this point it may even have corrected the problem. If not reset it again. It should run through resetting fully and solve the problem.
