I got an issue since I purchased the item, that everything is working well, except an issue with the Zoom application that stuck every 3-7 min for a few sec.
I checked with another device laptop in the same place and Zoom working perfectly, also checked the Wi-Fi speed at the HeroBook device and everything looks perfect (i can get any website very fast at 60-70 MBPs).
I Re-installed Yesterday the HeroBook Wi-Fi driver and except for all windows related updates, but nothing got better today and the ZOOM still stuck from time to time (ever 3-5 min.), could you suggest any another treatment?
