Hi everyone, i have this problem with my recently bought herobook pro.
At some random moments the key “/” slash starts to repeat itself as it’s like was uold down. How ever it is not physical issue as a key itself is fine and not been hold down.
I bought it on lazada and seller is trying to convince me that it is a software problem. However I have formated disk “c” and as i was going through fresh setup on stage of connecting to WiFi the problem happened again so it’s surely not software problem, is it?
May be someone encountered same problem or knows the way to pinpoint it?
