Herobook Pro rebooting all the time! Help!

mu herobook pro It is acting as if the power button is stuck or something. Found a way oby holding the “enter” key and was able to boot into Windows and backup my data. However once I release the ~ key, windows will initiate shutdown and it will switch off like how it would react when one press and holds the power button and cuts the power.

When powering on without holding the ~ key, it will show boot screen for a few second and switch off again. Anyone encounter this issue? How do I get it fixed in Singapore?

WE have the same problem, to you is the enter button but for me is the delete button key same symptoms and problem.

Chuwi Aerobook keeps switching off as if power button is stuck

I have been researching and realised that it is a hardware issue for me (keyboard). Likely due to the poor quality connection that had been mentioned be others. How I finally resolved it for myself is to choose a key that I have no use for and glue it down with superglue (see photo). Simple but functional solution. A suggestion that if you are trying this, to pry out that key and glue the plastics underneath down first, otherwise it can be springy. Then glue down the key itself. Hope it helps s…
