AeroBook Pro 15.6 initialization failed, won't boot

I have just received my new AeroBook and upon startup, when Windows started to configure itself, it encountered a fatal error (blue screen) now when the system tries to boot, it only goes to the BIOS screen immediately when it attempts to load Windows (dotted spinning circle appears for a second, then goes to the BIOS screen).

I’ve created a USB Windows image and attempted to use the repair utility, but shortly into the “Diagnosing your PC” message, it comes back with “Startup Repair couldn’t repair your PC”.

How do I get my new Aerobook working now?
