Backlit Keyboard Stays Lit After Shutdown

Because my keyboard was warped and the ‘0’ key didn’t work, I ordered a new keyboard. The new keyboard is also a little warped but the keys seem to all be working.

Unfortunately, the new keyboard stays lit after shutdown. Would appreciate some assistance getting this resolved.

Have you installed the keyboard updated drivers from Chuwi that fixes the backlight issue?

The Google drive where these files were located seems to have been removed so I am not sure where Chuwi is storing them currently. The file is called “UBook Pro keyboard 20200118.rar”
