The camera on my Ubook is not working. It runs Windows 10. When I open the camera only the blue screen with camera icon appears. No controlers no images. I am not able to make a screen shot either.
I can’t find the camera in the device manager.
I also can’t connect to my bluetooth speaker although I can pair it.
There were some updates recently from the Windows.
That makes me think that something went wrong with the drivers and updates.
I have used some links from the forums here and tried to update the software, but with no success.
Is there a way to find out what is the problem.
If it is the drivers wrere from I can get the current updates?
