Hi My Ubook X camera not detected.
when open the camera apps, it show error below
How to solve it?

Tech told me that in this case camera is either not well connected to the motherboard or is broken. Is there anything you did before it happened? When did you buy?
bought on 14/03/2024 from Shopee, also attached with the Receipt for your reference.
When i first get the device, the camera already cannot use, then i send to sevice center (address as per the receipt attach), then he tested using the camera attached to other Ubook X can use. And also take other UBook X camera and attached to my UBook X also can use. Then the service center ask me to re-set my UBook X, i got no time to do until yesterday, i manage to do the reset, after reset, the camera still cannot use.
So it is clear is the Hardware problem right? But when you say you sent it to a service center, you mean you sent it to Hong Kong for repair?
