Cannot run Boot Menu

I am using command “F2” + “Del”.
Sometimes boot menu appears / sometimes no.

What to do ?

I asked tech and told me its F2 to enter BIOS or ESC to enter Bios without a key combination

Hello,

When I press F2 or ESC, my screen just stay black.
Any idea ?
