Chuwi UBOX ryzen 6600H. Thats all, I can set it in bios “Advanced-GFX Configuration-UMA size to 2.4.6 or whatever, save the changes and if I enter again, it keeps to the option I choose, but when I check in cpuz, gpuz, or any other program, it has only 2gb”. Also, fps are very low because it keeps saying “memory full”. Any ideas?
Are you taking about the 16GB DDR5 and/or M.2 2280 SSD 1TB? See: Redirecting. Are you using Windows 10 or 11? Have you tried a clean install?
Ok It appears its the GPU memory. See: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/decrease-the-amount-of-ram-used-as-shared-gpu/1614d9e8-0d7b-439c-b5af-14857788c1ff. You should be able to find the solution on the Microsoft site. I see a few people had similar problems. You can also attempt to reinstall the drivers. Go the the Chuwi website, https://support.chuwi.com/, enter your serial number and you will be able to download the drivers or full Os.
Win 11, yes 16gb 512 with other ram stick (same as the provided with the unit) for dual channel. And there is another problem, you can not set memory far as 4800mt/s (memory ram sticks are 5600mt/s). Any ideas? Is like if no matter what you set in bios because there are “limits” to gpu shared memory and ram speed
Send a video for the 4800 trying to change it otherwise Tech wont understand
