good evening, I have the laptop of the title and after a long time of having it idle due to the loss of the charger, I finally bought the CHUWI “chuwi hi-dock” charger. After many attempts to charge the result was zero… it neither charges nor opens …to note that the laptop is in excellent condition as it has not worked almost at all except a few times until its charger was lost…please any possible cause and of course a solution to the problem?
