Chuwi Corebook X Ryzen 7430U No left speaker sound after fresh Win11

I have installed a fresh Win11 on my laptop and there is no sound coming from the left speaker.

This is also valid via bluetooth headset.

Tried to download the drivers providing my serial no. but still having the issue.

Read that other users have similar issue (but with Intel CPU) and thoose methods are also not working for me

Try installing Avast Driver Update

Did it solved for you? I will try to see if fixes it

Dear bruzan2025,

sadly Avast Driver Update didnt found anything (except a BT adapter driver) but according to the software all drivers are up to date.

The strange thing that both speaker was working with the original windows that came with the laptop. I just had to reinstall it to have proper language for my father (language pack was incomplete when I downloaded it)

Can somebody support me with a working driver?

(I also tried to download the original OS but failed to make a bootable USB with Rufus installer)

Thank you in advance!

As far as I know, the language pack is with the user, what I mean is that by creating a new user, you can configure the language.

You have upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11

I always create the Windows USB with the media creator on the Windows download page.

Dear bruzan2025,

Thanks for the comments, let me reply in bulk:

Technically when I have downloaded the language pack within Windows, not all the labels were translated (so I thought the OS that came with the system was a bit customized)

Therefore I replaced the existing Win11 with a standard Win11 used the Windows Media Creation tool - after this the left speaker stopped to work

Then I thought I will download from Chuwi side the OS as they are providing it - and tried to make a bootable USB with Rufus (as its a custom windows image I think Windows Media Creation tool doesnt support it)

So all in all I have replaced the Win11 OS that came with the laptop with a fresh one downloaded from Microsoft (same Home edition) and then the left speaker is not working anymore.

Tried many drivers but still can’t make it to work - it’s not a hardware issue as it was working before

You can contact Chuwi support.

rom what you’re saying, it could be a problem with the speaker or the connection.
If you’re handy and know how to solder, you can replace it.

ill think about it.

i thoght maybe using the drivers from the outher guy before trying to replace it becaus it a common problem with this model. driver problam
