Hello, I bought a brand new CHUWI CoreBook X(i3-1220P) 16GGB 512GGB. Serial Number is JCorBXUY1H250903915. I bought this laptop from marktplatz.bild.de and received it on 12.03.2026.
I immediately realized that speakers are not working as expected. This laptop has total 4 speakers - 2 in each side and 2 in front. When testing sound, I see following behavior:
- when testing left speaker, laptop plays sound from ‘front left’ and ‘front right’ speakers.
- when testing right speaker, laptop plays sound only from ‘side right’ speaker.
So basically ‘side left’ speaker is not working at all. And this creates very strange hearing experience when playing an audio (music or zoom call).
Basically, ‘front left’ and ‘side left‘ speakers should work when testing the sound for left speaker. Same way ‘front right’ and ‘side right‘ speakers should work when testing the sound for right speaker. This is very strange problem.
I tried to fetch drivers based on my serial number from https://support.chuwi.com/ but that did not help. I also tried the drivers from https://www.mediafire.com/file_premium/v5ulfwcf7scwwa1/SU_DN525_Drivers_WIN11_X64_V0.1_20240731.zip/file that I found from other posts. But nothing helped. My feeling is that this is a driver issue but re-installing any drivers id not helping. Does anyone have a solution?
