Core Book X i3-1220p - Sound Speaker Issue Low Sound

Hi guys,

So i bought yesterday a Core Book X 14,1" 2K I3-1220P 16GB/512GB with Windows 11 Home, i have noticed that the sound only comes out from the right speaker, and the sound is low and strange. Seems like under water or in tunnel.

What can be?

Send it back and get a replace

How do install

I click on the batch install and nothing happens

If a reinstall windows works?

The store where i bought, replace my pc… Its was a issue indeed.

so i think im in a big problem becouse ive bought mine on aliexpress. from an official store but it would be mess to send it back.

IF you live in EU you can repair it in the German center, if not must be in Hong Kong

IF you bought in ALI, Aliexpress have many warehouses over the world. You can ask the store maybe you dont need to send to HK

Because other than that..maybe go to a repair store and ask if they can repair it. IF its not much write to Aliexpress and ask if they would pay half of the repair. Sometimes we have some flexibility.
