Hello, last week i bought herobook.After a few days i decided to upgrade by buying a ssd m2(2242) 120 gb. However i managed to put the ssd ,herobook doesn.t recognise it. I don’t know what to do!!!
Is this sata ssd? Did it show up in disk manager? Did you check it with other PC\laptop?
I have already checked disk management !! Specifically the model of my ssd is : TOSHIBA RC100 120GB M.2 PCI EXPRESS 3.1(RC100-M22242-120G)
So, your ssd is NVMe, i’m not sure that herobook supports NVMe.
