Bought an Chuwi Hi 10 Air last November. Everything was working well, and after some updates, the tablet became an awesome tool.
Last week, when tried to start the tablet, the screen doesn´t show image, the red led indicator, doesn’t blink, but when i plug a mobile charger on any usb plug, it charges the phone.
Can you please try to help me understand what’s the problem?
Press the power button for 30 seconds.
Press the power button 3 times for half a second
Put the charger and try to turn on.
If this does not help, you can connect your phone or other device and wait until the tablet stops charging them, then connect the charger, perhaps after that the tablet will start charging.
