I bought the chuwi Hi 10 Air pc / tablet in September 2019. It always worked very well and I was very satisfied with it. last week i was working late, i ran out of battery, i left it off and charging the battery. The other day in the morning I couldn’t connect it anymore. Whenever I try to turn on, the red LED on the tablet and the blue LED on the keyboard start to flash, but there is no signal on the screen.
Try to reset the bios. There is 2 ways:
1 - turn it on - the LED starts flashing
2 - hold the power button until it goes off
3 - release it and immediately hold the power button back (very quickly)
4 - wait 20 seconds and release
5 - turn it on
1 Leave the power button pressed for 30 seconds.
2 When released, press it again 3 times in a row.
3 Put the tablet to charge and check if it turns on
