- When i connect the magnetic keyboard, the touchpad works for some seconds but then stop working. I tried updating and restarting the HID-compliant touch pad driver, but it didn’t work.
The keyboard itself is working normally.
I also searched for drivers on Chuwi’s support page, but when I enter the serial number, I receive the following message:
“Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service.”
Can someone help me?
If it was just received, do not complicate and send it back, you are entitled for a replacement, its better to have a new one, that try to solve the problem you have with that one, as we are not sure if it could be ok or come back after some time. Send a message inside Aleixpress to the store.

It happen the same to me, the Touchpad of the Kayboard doesn’t work properly, the pointer freezes a few seconds after connecting the keyboard, and you have to reactivate it again disconnecting and connecting the keyboard again, as you can imagine you can not work in that way. I didnt try more workaround, due the issue was reported here.
The typing part of the keyboard in spanish itself is working normally, but the touchpad not.
Please, let me know how proceed. I saw previous answer, should I expect a replacement?

While it is Chinese NewYear, you should claim replacement without waiting for an answer.
Unless…
On the picture of the keyboard in the Chuwi store, I see an icon on the space bar. This looks like an indicator to enable and disable the touchpad. You could try holding down the Fn key and tap the space bar. That may toggle the touchpad on and off. This is how it works with the Minibook X N100, except with Fn ESC instead of Fn space bar.
Possibly you have got a manual with more explanation. I couldn’t find any one online.
Thanks for the comment, I already tried that, each time I press the space, the touchpad is disabled, and you can enabled pressing the space again. how can I claim the replacement? The manual is so minimal that I couldn’t see any reference about that.
