Chuwi Hi10 X1 N100 touchpad don't work

  3. Bought 2 weeks ago, arrived today
  4. When i connect the magnetic keyboard, the touchpad works for some seconds but then stop working. I tried updating and restarting the HID-compliant touch pad driver, but it didn’t work.
    The keyboard itself is working normally.
    I also searched for drivers on Chuwi’s support page, but when I enter the serial number, I receive the following message:
    “Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service.”
    Can someone help me?

If it was just received, do not complicate and send it back, you are entitled for a replacement, its better to have a new one, that try to solve the problem you have with that one, as we are not sure if it could be ok or come back after some time. Send a message inside Aleixpress to the store.
