It seems that many people have the problem with the Hi12 Tablet,
that its not charging under Windows 10, but under Android the
charging works.
This is a problem caused by the drivers.
All the relevant drivers are generic versions from Microsoft.
I used the drivers from the following link:

They are from cheap “Deeq” chinese notebooks.
This devices use the same CPU (X5-Z8350) and the
same PMIC (AXP288) like the Hi12.
After i installed this drivers, the charging also works under Win10!!
