Hi. I have formatted my Hi12 Chuwi tablet and installed Windows 10, but the touchscreen functions has stopped to work since that. I used the “hi12 drivers dump” files that I found in this forum, but the touchscreen still not work. Could someone help me to fix this?

Actually, I couldn’t to disable dual boot. Aparently the previous owner made the same mistake, and the shortcut “switch to android” was no longer available, so I couldn’t to disable dual boot before reinstall the windows 10. is this the problem? what can I do?
