(Chuwi Hi8) OTG or keyboard not working!

I also found this on this forum. [Official Version] Chuwi HiBox Android, Windows, Bios Download

Depend the situation
Multiple possibility i don’t know which is the best way on your case

  1. try to connect an external monitor. If it work you can uninstall the wrong video driver and make the screen work again for next procedure.

If it doesn’t work but keyboard work when windows is started. You can try to flash the bios with the bios flashtool without monitor. There are some video of users doing that on youtube.
It’s a tool using commandline

If keyboard and screen not working.
2 last possibility
You can try
Use a tool directly on the chip but you need to open the tablet

Or

Courcircuit 2 pin on the chip, generally a winbound chip.
The pin number depend the model

About procedure and good bios version i suggest to contact the chuwi manager directly

Or to contact them on their mail
service@chuwi.com

Their are reactive on the mail

Yes with micro usb to hdmi converter. Supposed to work.

Hi NikRem32
I have the same Tablet with Win10-22H2 latest version and everything works ok. I see that the cable is not compliant, it was created by you and the connections are certainly wrong.
I advise you to buy the following cables that work perfectly:

  1. Rampow Type C to USB 3.0 Adapter [OTG - 2pcs] Type C to USB A Cable, SuperSpeed 5 Gbps, for Samsung S9/S8/Note 8,Huawei P9, Xiaomi Mi A1/Mi 5, MacBo

OR

  1. “USB-C to HDMI Hub Adapter, Arktek 4-in-1 USB Type C (Thunderbolt 3) to HDMI 4K/Dual USB 3.0/USB-C charging slot converter for Apple MacBook (20”

Thanks for the Help Sabino1943. I have a Chuwi Hi8 tablet not a Pro version, Accordingly, the tablet only has a Micro USB Connector.

thank you so much for your help Fred009. Unfortunately not the keyboard nor the monitor does not work. It seems to me that the tablet has some kind of marriage.

If keyboard and screen not working.
2 last possibility

Or

Courcircuit 2 pin on the chip, generally a winbound chip.

Okay guys, I’ve already suffered with this tablet, I’ll just sell it further for details and that’s it. Thanks again to those who helped me, maybe people who understand will be able to find a solution on this forum.
