The charging cord won’t work. A neighbor gave me a cord which fits the tablet and the block but it takes five hours to charge… instead of the three and a half hours.
Can I buy any kind of charging cord that would charge faster? I’m not tech savvy…so please spell out what I should look for.

I emailed a Chuwi store supposed to be in the USA. Haven’t heard back yet.
Right now my tablets at 37%. Since it takes so long to charge I’m wanting to start charging it now. Or does it damage a tablet battery to charge when it isn’t too low?
Did they answer? did you ask if by change we have stock of the plug? considering its an old tablet, just ask on support
