Hi,

I have used SP Flash Tool and I have mistakenly Format All + Download. It completed successfully but now it won’t even show up the CHUWI logo when starting and the screen is just blank. The tablet is on because I can hear sounds if I randomly tap or if I plug in the charger it will vibrate.

I have tried the stock ROMS found on this site but nothing works. It’s just starts up with a blank screen. The backlight is on.

Any assistance? Is there a specific ROM I need? I tried contacting support but nobody got back to me.

Flas format+upgades in sp tool .sos it is corect firmawre .back on your tablet information

What room did you use for flashing? Is it an official Chuwi room?

Did you know that a full flash with an official Chuwi room might lose some of the partitions needed for booting?

What is your device?

I used the sp flash tool don’t know if I that’s the official one or not. But it had the option format all + download I clicked it by mistake after that my chuwi hipad x has been all black

The cemetery is full of brave ones. Anyway, you need to reinstall the software using the official rom of your tablet model and with the help of a Windows PC and the sp flash program.

And chuwi sent me an android drive . I think it helps tablet connect to pic but it’s not working . Can u help
