Aftersale is the worst customer service email of all time , they lack professionalism,they don’t reply to your mails and when they do they become absolutely useless !! I really need my screen fix how can you help me out

Did you find replace screen?
Good evening, Has anyone managed to purchase or somehow receive a replacement screen in order to replace the damaged one? The hinges of my LAPBOOK SE have damaged the external screen (luckily the LCD panel is intact).
I saw that there is another notebook which is 13.3 inch (Chuwi Aerobook 13.3), can anyone tell us if it could fit as a spare?
