CHUWI Minibook X Initial Start not working

I just received my MiniBook X from the official Store and when I first try to boot it up I get to this screen. Clicking “ok” brings me back here.
I tried to get to recovery tools via PowerButton + Reduce Volume Key but if I choose “Recovery Mode” there, I am told, that there is none. What do I do?
